Hi, I am on the roll of making food for my mom and brother this week. This afternoon I write this recipe for you. I was glad I tried this mix because I had a medium lot of frozen fruits and I don't know how to start using them. Although it is frozen, I made sure there is a rotation of consumption for the frozen foods especially if I am aware I bought them and want to use them in a recipe.

That is why I bought them in the first place. Right? 😉 And I've just got an idea!
Whether it is to be photographed first and then eaten by all, I am making sure it will not get stale, rotten, or frostbitten by the coldness of the freezer. If it is in the refrigerator I would love to cook it within the week to a week and a half after I bought it AS MUCH AS I CAN because I don't want rotten veggies to be in the fridge and cause havoc on the whole ecosystem of the sanitation for the fridge. If it makes sense. Not to mention the yucky effects. Because we are, you know, talking about food.
Plus, it's easy to work cleaning the minimal mess. Not double work. For example, cleaning, disinfecting, and removing veggie juice stains on the refrigerator container and air it out because of the odor. That is too much!
Just a quick clean disinfecting wipe then wipe dry, and place an absorber in the refrigerator cubbies like layering paper towels for the next easy clean up.
Since the sorbet finally hardened into a flavorful shaved ice, I took photos of the dessert as I am going to mention in my other article posted tomorrow it was supposed to be a dessert together with the recipe that you will find out soon enough. Stay tuned for that.

Do you know what the additional natural sweetener I used to make this sorbet sweeter?
The magic of organic dates!
I got mine from Costco. They are so delicious even eaten by themselves. I like it because it is organic and its versatility in adding a natural sweetener to desserts without using sugar or adding more sugar. Because we are just a little too sweet sometimes. If you have a sweet tooth, go for this sweetener alternative. Organic dates.
*NOTE: you can omit the peach-flavored yogurt if you would like. If it is too much sweetness for your taste.
Here is the recipe for this shaved ice kind of Sorbet of Summer fruits.

Summer is just around the corner and I hope to see what event you could make my blog recipes for.
This dessert refresher treat is versatile you can serve it in a bowl, or a paper cone (just like shaved ice), or turn these into popsicles to be put on a mold and freeze. Now you are celebrating the summer season where part of the prep is done. *Whispering* Glad you found my blog too!😃
