I have been trying to see if I can figure out a balance with matcha and whipped coffee. I have been wanting to make a plenty of whipped coffee out of my I think 8 qt. (I may be wrong on the exact measurement) mixer bowl from my Imperial Red Colored Kitchen Aid lever lift (non-tilt) stand mixer. Just to store and freeze the rest of this whipped coffee. I did not get a chance to do it. And plus, it is so addictive that I might be sugar fused if I still have plenty to use.

I believe moderation is in order, (Hi, this is yourself. You know this is yourself. You are not going to do it.) --But still uhm, moderation. Darn it, self! When I am ready to make a big batch.

There getting rid of intrusive thoughts. As for now.

In this recipe I am making a cup or glass of this cold drink. So, for presentation purposes I would make it as though it is in a layered look. I don't know how to describe it. Well, you will see. But also, there's a chance that I will fail. I should've taken a picture to remember what it looked like first time I made this drink.

I just happen to have matcha one day and decided to mix it with coffee and there you go another venture in the kitchen of an experimental drink.

I do not make the rules of this recipe I am going to share with you now. All I know is the coffee is lightly whipped. I do just have soft peaks if there are any at all. Just a light foamy whipped coffee topping. I need to make a list of ingredients next time for some more recipes I want to try and experiment.

You can carry on the torch and make a recipe out of this recipe a little added tweak perhaps to your liking? You can tell I like mine sweet. Even if it there is an extra added sugar subs. I have to be conscious of this because you know when I consume too much sugary foods and drinks, I get palpitations a sugar spike then a lowest drop then I have dumping syndrome.

What kind of INSPIRED mixed with cold Joe drink would you like to see next?

Here's how this Matcha Light Whipped Coffee is made
