In the things I need to do tomorrow, I might have disregard the fact to recoup myself. I will be seeing to it that my schedules are making its ways to improve procrastination and be satisfied with the outcome to tackle besides WFH also life at its busiest beginnings to start again.
I mean, I do need to be doing this in order to move out of the lingering tiredness and push so that I won't be needing more coffee to keep awake than usual.
Are you with me this morning to make the weekend vibes transition to the WFH week. This is an encouragement for others who are like me who is needing reminders to not forget that depression or anxiety is doesn't define who we are. We learn how to counter it with productivity and taking one step at a time among other things. You will see how you managed to survive this week.
Let's go!
Setting the Tone for a Gentle Transition
One of the things I reflect and regroup is to exert things to move even if the week already feels heavy is to get out of the cycle of rut.
Acknowledging the emotional tiredness even for me is also physical while choosing step by step manageable schedule.
Not to overwhelm self-honor the intention you had last night when making quite the plans for the next day. Let that guide your day's rhythm.
Cleaning as an Act of Hope
Start small: clear the space around you that has been bugging your mind of clutter. Open up the windows and let sunlight in.
Another morning to remind yourself that you're allowed to feel better. No ifs and buts. Use tidying up as a metaphor for making room for possibilities, not perfection. When I need to make my room better again, I know I am getting the answer of my hopes to start again. Just keep pushing.
Keep Your Ideas Breathing
Don't abandon the ideas you once cared about-nurture them with small steps. Focus on one thing at a time to strengthen your resilience through challenges. Break tasks down so they feel doable-each step builds your confidence up.
When the Mood Feels Like Rain
Recognize that depressed energy doesn't define you-it visits but doesn't own you. 👍 Rise from it and keep things achievable whether that is planning and little by little and taking priorities first then move on to the next.
Push enough to feel something shift, you will be glad you did.
Ask for strength through prayer and keep journaling or quiet affirmations to reconnect with what is needed at the moment do not let your mind wonder and focus on the things at hand.
Showing Up is Still Progress
Start over as many times as you need-beginning again is part of healing. Keep allowance for yourself. And know you can make a difference in you.
Don't be discouraged by past patterns; you're noticing them now and that matters as keeping it as a steppingstone to move on.
See your creativity as a thriving instinct-your introvert mind is still building something beautiful.
You and I can do this. 🪷
